Came in the store to shop for my 25th anniversary gift and after telling Randell what I was looking for he picked out the perfect ring that I had imagined in my mind and Shelby packaged it up for us beautifully. I went into Kay for a ring cleaning and came out with a gorgeous upgraded ring on my wedding anniversary! Sheyda was so helpful and was very patient with me. She was able to navigate through a lot of beautiful rings until I found the perfect ring for me! Thanks to her and my husband I have a special ring on my finger. When we shared that we were looking for a special gift for my mother’s 75th birthday, she listened carefully, offered thoughtful suggestions, and went out of her way to find options that matched what we had in mind. A little later, Sheyda joined us and was just as fantastic. She was kind, patient, and incredibly personable. She showed us additional choices and made the entire process feel effortless, like we had our own personal shopping advisor.
